Tackling the Skills gap

Tackling The Skills Gap assesses how government can recruit and retain the best talent, and ensure that civil servants have the right skills. 

Deloitte LLP supported the project. Ed Roddis leads government and public sector research for Deloitte LLP.  His background is in government relations, research and communications. Ed’s career has focused on public sector reform spanning the local government, education, public financial management and voluntary sectors.
